The staff are always so friendly, kelley was very helpful. They make storing my belongings so easy!
Technically, they did what we paid for but over 5 years, this site has been sold to 3 different companies. The latest, Public Storage, increased my rental fee by nearly 50 percent with 3 months of taking over. Staff rarely on site, national call center, and online chat of no real help to us. Found a site only 12 minutes south for 75 percent less per month. Worth the 6.hours it took us to move.
