My rent has gone up 100% in the last two months; from 150 with insurance to 250. Avoid this place!!!

We began storing a car here in August. We were informed by office staff that we could bring in proof of insurance to avoid paying the monthly insurance fee. We provided proof of insurance the day we began storing the vehicle. Since then we have been charged monthly insurance. I have tried calling the office several times and left messages. Nobody returns my calls. As a several year tenant of this facility, I'm very pleased with the improvements that have been made to the property by new ownership, and with the way the property is being maintained, and with the fact that except for major holidays the office is now staffed every day, including weekends. In particular, I want to acknowledge and thank Lynita for her friendly attitude and helpful presence. The only thing I wish was different is gate access hours, which have been reduced from 5am-11pm to 6am-9pm.
