Horrible. I was there for almost 5 hours and was spoken to once went I went back to the room. Ordered multiple test without any explanation to me. Was given an IV extremely aggressively to the point where it hurt. Gave me meds and never came back to ask if they actually helped until I was tired of waiting and asked for my discharge papers. The emergency room doctor was very kind to my husband and didn't judge that he hadn't been med compliant. He was just compassionate and gave great care.
My husband has tried several times to get help, they keep telling him his story doesn’t add up! This is a failed system and waste of time and money.
Worse care anywhere. Bridgett t Ramsey is rude and so uncaring. I would not recommend the place to anyone. And if your appointment is with Bridgett I would run and run fast she does not want to help she wants to hurt.
