Worst customer service from any professional establishment. You are given a 15 minute grace period and she says I was 16 minutes late but my clock said 15 minutes and they said I had to reschedule. I drove an hour for this appointment. I will find another provider. I wish there was a zero button for this facility. They would of know this if they had answered the phone

THESE PEOPLE HAVE DETOXED MY 74 YEAR OLD GRANDMA OFF OF ALL OF HER MEDICATION. She is literally shaking as I write this. Her past doctor closed there office so she had to find a new doctor and came to this clinic. They have done nothing but take my grandmothers life away. What little she has left. They cancelled her appointment and will not answer to schedule a new appointment!! I need answers as to why my grandmother is literally skin and bones because she is unable to fix her something to eat because she is in so much pain... read more

The place sucks. They need to close the doors. Been going here over a year now and still have not received any help. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone and when you do you can’t get an appointment for at least another month or two. They referred me to PSYCHIATRY which made me feel like they think my pain is all in my head. ITS VERY REAL. Do not recommend this place at all complete joke

(Zero star) NOT WORTH THE 2 MONTH WAIT TIME, At my very first appt. I met with Dr. Hewan-lowe and her first question to me was, “what makes you think these are migraines?” Well after 100’s of doctors visit from the past 25 years for migraines pretty much let’s me know, I have 2 types of migraines- cluster and tension. I was referred to PM for treatment for SC spine due to my ongoing pain.
