One of my favorite places! If you want a little getaway and you cannot make it to a tropical island, you can have the essence of that feeling without the jetlag and customs nightmares. It's an amazing place to bring out of town guests. Make a day of it, Pacific Coast Highway is so close, you can go to the beach, have a picnic and then watch the sunset in Malibu... Sounds like a perfect day to me.
I've been going to SRF off and on for over 20 years. There is such beauty and spiritual richness here!

Gorgeous lake tucked away off Sunset Blvd just off of PCH. Perfect scenery, swans, ducks, koi, gardens, gift shops, and the shrine of Gandhi's ashes.
A necessary respite in busy Los Angeles. Go for the calm atmosphere; a perfect place to meditate.
