Answered my emergency call first thing in the a.m. on a weekend. Mark showed up 10 minutes early to fix my ac. He had my ac fixed in less than 1 hour. He also pointed out other things to keep an eye on. Great service. Great company.
I scheduled yearly maintenance on my HVAC. I had never used Self Heating and Cooling before, but they were recommended by my neighbor. I was very happy with the prompt service and felt the cost was very reasonable. The technician that provided the service was AMAZING. His name was Justin Dowdy, and he was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Installed new 25 ton AC & new furnace, I’ve used Self Brothers for years , & subscribe to their maintenance program!
We recently relocated to Atlanta, moving into an existing home that we purchased. Luis, Joey, Luke and Mark were involved in installing a new heating/cooling system for us in the lower level of our home - they did a fantastic job. We had another, existing system for the upper level that subsequently required a service call and Justin did a fantastic job to address the issue. We had Josh come this morning to seasonally service our units. I can honestly say we received the most comprehensive service/cleaning, ever.
