The staff were arrogant and rude when I visited. They also seemed unprofessional and didn't know much about the products. Disappointing experience overall.
World Class! For starters, just the overall knowledge from every single staff member is quite remarkable. I was fortunate to have Jessie help me out. Unfortunately, for Jessie I was coming in with past traumas of jeans that just never felt like they fit right. Jessie was extremely patient when trying to find an appropriate fit for me. When I first entered Self Edge on a Sunday, they were going to close in about 10 minutes. Even if they were on the brink of closing, the staff took the time to educate me about selvedge jeans and really give me the attention that most stores won’t give to a last minute walk-in. First time shopping for Japanese denim and I was unfamiliar with the process. Jessie helped me out — he was super knowledgeable, attentive, and an all around genuinely kind dude who made my shopping process a great one. Highly recommend, will be back at some point!
