Would not recommend. Paid for a unit online for a job we had in the area and never received confirmation. So I have tried calling numerous times, left voicemails, and tried the "contact us" on the website. With absolutely NO answers or responses. Ended up renting at a different location and would absolutely never deal with this place again. Feels very scam like. Straight to voicemail after two rings! 🤫
Absolute worst customer service. Good luck getting ANYONE to return a call or email. At present I have called and left “messages” with their answering service 4 times and sent 2 emails…still no response. Also, not sure how you’ll want to go about saving your rented spot but just a heads up if ya move your camper for the weekend you’ll come back to someone in your spot and when ya call to ask “wtf”? They will tell you, and I quote “ Oh, lol, ya we know who is probably in your spot, he thinks he owns the place”…..Umm, ok. So b... read more
