I would not rent here!!!!! They cut off my lock and did not let me know. They had the wrong unit and wrong phone number. They had my email and yet did not let me know that they had cut my lock off so I had to literally run around to see what the heck was going on wasting gas and time. I had to cut off the lock that they put on because I needed to get into my storage. What a joke!!!
Would not recommend. Paid for a unit online for a job we had in the area and never received confirmation. So I have tried calling numerous times, left voicemails, and tried the "contact us" on the website. With absolutely NO answers or responses. Ended up renting at a different location and would absolutely never deal with this place again. Feels very scam like. Straight to voicemail after two rings! 🤫
