The building turned out beautiful. Love the valet service and the location right on the beach is exceptional. City lights over the Intracoastal at night create beautiful views.
I love to live in this place
Took a tour recently not a fan no private elevator feels like an upscale apartment building bringing all your stuff through long hallways. Rear building 2 front units no privacy looking into neighbors very close to front building on diagonal. My broker and I thought finishes were ok but every unit is very similar we wish they changed up kitchen cabinets tile etc needed more choices , 28 units for resale at 1200-2800 plus sqft is way too high .
