My husband purchased 2020 Freightliner Cascadia truck from this SELECTRUCK location for $24.000 Unfortunately sales guy William wasn’t honest and upfront about condition of his inventory! Truck had coolant in oil, my husband took the truck to sales guy William, sales guy was laughing and telling that was gamble, we can’t do anything about it! What a mess , me and my friend went to get a truck from SELEC TRUCKS OF KANSAS CITY , but when we went there oil and antifreeze all mixed up and inform the salesman, Wiliam but he ignored us and didn’t show any respect or care , so bcz money transaction was completely we couldn’t do nothing, so had to take the truck with us , after 200 miles away engine started smoking and seized the engine. Don’t ever try to buy from them , they don’t honor their words
I am a mechanic, and my friend called me to have a look a truck that he just bought from Selec Trucks of Kansas city , when i came over i was shocked how this people sold a truck with messed up engine , cooland and engine oil all mixed up , my freinds told them problem but salesman didn’t do nothing or inform the customers ahead that they have such issue with this truck , now my friends in the middle of the road with blown engine!!!!! Be careful with them
Just wow , don’t come near to this location, they don’t give a shit about what they selling , they selling non runner trucks and running truck but after 30 miles u gonna find out what king of jackpot u get , and when u bring it back they say it is what it is. William thank you so much for selling Bad Engine truck and burning my money !!!!
