WONDERFUL COMPANY! Not only did we recently sell our home in record time (14 days after listing) with the help of Selective Reality, but they also helped us purchase the home almost 3 years ago. The team is wonderful, they are very quick to respond to all communication and listened to our needs and wants in both looking for the home and then selling. I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in central Florida!
What do I have to do to get these people to stop calling me. Been calling and texting me for months. Twice they called and just breath into the phone message until time expired. I am not selling my house to you folks go away. This means you AJ Volk.
AVOID SELECTIVE REALTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF YOU CAN I am not one to write reviews, however my experience was so negative that I want to save others from the same misfortune. Unfortunately I would not recommend renting through Selective Realty Group to anyone. If they are your property managing company, you might want to reconsider.
