Amber was so great on the phone, and they were so flexible and helpful already, versus the FOUR other companies I called for help this morning. If the service is like this going forward, Selective will be my go-to in Oakland forever.

Selective Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioner several years ago and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. We have been totally impressed with their service and have found them to be friendly, extremely responsive, professional, reliable and efficient. We really have the sense that they're looking out for our best interests and taking care of us. We believe their service is second to none and cannot recommend them more highly.

Our 20 year old furnace went out. Selective heating and cooling came with a new furnace and installed it. The HVAC professional’s that came to my house were very professional and quick installing my new furnace. I found this company years ago for my commercial building and when I needed work on my 120 year old home's gravity boiler, I knew who to call. They are always responsive, quick with the service, knowledgeable, informative and fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling need.
