My review sounds exactly the same as another one a few months prior about communication with this car lot and not receiving my registration. I have called at least 20 times within the last month to ask where my registration is. Phone calls and texts are RARELY answered. It has been over a month and a half with no registration. I keep getting the run around story. First they told me the mailed it to my physical address where i cannot get mail to, and TOLD THEM not to mail it there. This dealership contacted me right away, however, I think this car is too big for me. I like the price, but I have others that I want to see first.
There is a great team at this dealership. They went above and beyond any car purchase experience we’ve ever had, fair in pricing, accommodating, and providing amazing service all around. We will use them again.
Everything as advertised & very helpful
They are the biggest crooks in the state, beware im telling you beware
They responded within 24 hours and we bargained back and forth and came to what I believed was an agreement on price then they said vehicle was in the shop would be available the next day and I haven't been able to reach them since
