We canceled our trip due to covid...completely out of our hands. Andrew, the owner? won't pick up a phone call from us- we have been diligent. We have been trying to get a hold of him to get a refund...like I said, the covid outbreak was totally out of our control. We booked with Select VV after a booking with Airbnb fell through. We stayed in a fabulous villa on Providenc in Feb 2020 and were blown away by everything the property had to offer. It was clean and well maintained and had all the basics you need for a self catering stay (plus many extras). The whole booking process was fairly simple and check in was a breeze. This company needs to be far more professional in their manner towards their guests/clients staying at their properties. Their manner is abhorrent, and I would seriously steer clear of this company if you wish to have a relaxing break.
We stayed in one of Select Vacation Villas properties for two weeks last month. The villa was to an exceptionally high standard. We were informed several weeks before our holiday that there was an issue with the home we’d booked - we had nothing to worry about though, as we were moved to a different home and were constantly kept up to date. Really friendly personal service from SVV - excellent clean well located villa in Windsor hills. Plenty of space, communal pool was lovel, always able to get a subbed even at peak summer time and just opened more slides and chutes. 100% recommend and would stay again. Thanks to Andy for making us so welcome
