Suri seems nice and fair, but the shop could be run a lot more efficiently and communication could be a lot better. There's no system in place, you just show up and stand up and wait in the shop itself with a group of other people for as long as it takes for them to pick you and to service your car. Brought in the vehicle for wheel alignment. All the mechanics were friendly and professional. Great work at a great price. It is a very popular shop, so can be busy. Highly recommended!
Car was having issues so I got it checked by them. They said I needed a transmission replacement and was ready to charge me thousands of dollars. Didn’t believe it and got it checked at another shop and they said I dodged a bullet. It wasn’t the transmission, just needed to replace the accelerator pedal.
