Extremely busy folks but very fair and honest people. I have switched to this repair shop back in 2017 and have never gone anywhere else since then. Every friend and family member I have introduced to this garage has permanently switched to this shop. The quality of work is also impeccable. Did my wife's brakes here in 2021 and didn't have any issues with them until 2026. Suri seems nice and fair, but the shop could be run a lot more efficiently and communication could be a lot better. There's no system in place, you just show up and stand up and wait in the shop itself with a group of other people for as long as it takes for them to pick you and to service your car. I took my car in at 10:30am, it took 45 mins or so for them to look at it. I was then told to come back in an hour and it would be ready. Came back in an hour and they said it will be another hour. Brought in the vehicle for wheel alignment. All the mechanics were friendly and professional. Great work at a great price. It is a very popular shop, so can be busy. Highly recommended!
Car was having issues so I got it checked by them. They said I needed a transmission replacement and was ready to charge me thousands of dollars. Didn’t believe it and got it checked at another shop and they said I dodged a bullet. It wasn’t the transmission, just needed to replace the accelerator pedal.
