This hospital nearly killed my husband after he was sent by Piedmont ICU to be liberated from ventilator. the care is OK the communicating is very poor, if you bring items in MAKE SURE family removes them only. my husband was transferred there by a different hospitaln the othe hospital brought all his belongings, when the transferred him to a rehab the insisted the pack his belongs which we are missing several important items for his amputation and an in replaceable photo of his son one call said they could not locate item. nurse are very descriptive on saying anything over phone… See more

My cousin was dying and the family was called in. BUT only one person was allowed to visit her room - she has two sons. They were told the other son could "Facetime" his goodbye to his mother. Where is the compassion? Everyone knew she was at the end. What is the point of enforcing heartless rules? I am horrified about their treatment and lack of concern. I have been told there were a few employees who expressed sadness and understanding, but she died alone. Shameful.

RecommendedMy mom has been here for 19 days and i can honestly say i was a little iffy at first but turns out i love this place the people are amazing and they actually care they are always on stand by whenever me or my mom needs them.
