Everything here is great! I started feeling better a couple days after I got here…Cassidy in therapy was sassy and kept pushing me. I’m walking 80 feet and getting ready for my next journey at Mary Free Bed.
Wonderful staff, they helped my mother so much during her time there for ventilator liberation. The only problem we had was with staff from third shift, can't recall specific names but we did voice our concerns to our case worker Jill. It was mainly wait times when my mom needed assistance going to the bathroom, since she was not ambulatory. As far as the staff goes they were outstanding and excellent. They're amazing at multi tasking and we're super friendly. Words can't even explain how wonderful everyone was to me! I felt so comfortable while I was here.
My experience at Select Specialty Hospital has been an emotional roller coaster during a time when my focus should be solely on my husband’s recovery. Unfortunately, the care environment has added unnecessary stress rather than support. The staff consistently demonstrates a lack of accountability and follow-through. My doctor,Dr. Wong,the nurse who entered my port, the anesthesiologist and the anesthesiology nurse were so much fun I was ready to go to sleep and wake up refreshed. Dr Wong is one of the best gastroenterologists that Caldwell has I have no idea why he's leaving but they are losing a jewel.
