So far, this has been the best place for my mom to heal and to rest. It's so well staffed with REAL PROFESSIONALS and I am finally able to breathe a sigh of relief 😮‍💨 It's clean, quiet, organized, and I am happy for my mom, knowing that she will be well taken care of and can get quality help. Molly my 8th floor nurse was extremely attentive and a great problem solver. I had an issue with his IV previous day, she owned the issue and it was resolved in a few hours. Gave me great piece of mind. I applaud Molly’s efforts.

On Friday, 13th 2025 a doctor in the ER told my grandma she has cancer in multiple organs and it was emergent that she see her PCP, who is also in the Trinity Healthcare System, and that the PCP would set up a PET scan. It’s now a week later, multiple phone calls to Dr.’s, admin, medical assistants and no one had the right contact information. My wife was transferred here from ICU at Henry Ford Hospital. They recommended this “step down” care as they do not offer it. From day one pre admission it was smooth. I think about an internal review but just to many people to list. So I am doing this platform. If a person you care about needs this level care, do your homework your way but I highly recommend Select Specialty Care- Oakland Wound care Respiratory care Speech Therapy Nursing Case managers Thank again you all

I honestly, don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay at Select Specialty Hospital. I was sent there for wound care, and physical therapy. The staff treated me like family, the nurses were very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. Very willing to help with whatever needs I had. My case manager was awesome! I feel she went above and beyond for me and was always there to help me with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this hospital to my friends/ family or anyone in need of recovery !!
