NO STAR My friend told me of horrible experience with her mother , poor care, put back in dirty bed. Doctor stated "she is old". All her complaints and concerns were not taken seriously. How in Gods name can such a facility exist with such unsympathetic , uncaring staff?
Worse Care My mother in law has been treated by this hospital. I have never seen anything like it. The nurses admit the doctors will not return their calls, they accuse and scream at the patient or patients family when the patient is doing worse. They have lost pieces of her file that we have been able to replace, it is unreal. In all my years, I have never seen anything like it.
