My mother (Donna Croskey) passed away peacefully today at your facility. We want to thank the entire staff for their professionalism, friendliness and most importantly their caring nature. The staff represented the attributes projected and promised by the CEO Joanne McGovern. The doctors, nurses and specialty support groups were a blessing in our time of need. God bless them all for allowing Donna to die with dignity. Thank you.
My wife recently was a patient at Select Specialty Hospital in Atlantic City, NJ and she wanted me to write on her experience while there. Staff of nurses, aides and doctors really took care of my wife and showed my wife compassion thru whole time there. Our family had a very good experience at the Select LTACH in Atlantic City. When my uncle there he was on a ventilator….now he is breathing on his own. The facility was always clean, and the staff is amazing! Everyone was very kind and answered all of our many questions. We felt very supported. We’re very thankful for the care they gave during such a hard time.
The team at the LTACH in Atlantic City took great care of my brother. I visited often and always felt like he was in good hands. The nurses were patient and explained things in a way I could understand. He made real progress while he was there. I appreciate everything they did.
The staff at Select Specialty Care was able to ease my family’s concerns about our loved ones dire circumstances. He was successfully removed from the ventilator, breathing independently, and cleared of other serious medical issues and enabled him to proceed to his rehabilitation treatment. Additionally, the nursing care was outstanding and I’d personally like to thank nurse Rachel More for her exemplary kindness and attention going above and beyond to ease our loved ones fears and anxiety.
