My sister finds out today she has to leave because of insurance. She hasn’t even been there 2 weeks. She has a tracheotomy and they are just shoving her out. We have no choice of where they are sending her because no one can take her on such short notice. No money go die somewhere else. We don’t care. Social worker was rude. I can’t even believe this is our health care system.

I followed recpommendations and went to this companies website to find they offer complex car. When I called them, they told me they only take people will terminal illnesses. So becareful. It is very vague on their website and apparently they dont offer complex care to anyone that isnt dying?

I wish I could give this facility a zero. Whatever you do- do not send your loved one here. I came from City hospital at their very high recommendation. I can’t believe that this facility is allowed to conduct business. It is what I imagine prison to be like. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. This is a second rate operation. This is a wonderful hospital with amazing staff from top to bottom. I came here very sick, vulnerable, and afraid. The staff made me feel at ease immediately. They are speedy when you have a need. The nurses and assistant nurses are amazing especially Lisa, Mike, Ryan, Belinda, Kristy, Heather, and Domminique. The Nurses, especially, Marge, Alicia, and Sharon. So Kind and professional. I am a former patient, and my experience was incredible. I almost did not survive the first night that I was there, but the entire team there made sure that I made it through.
