Do not send your loved ones to this facility. My mom, was sent to Select after receiving a tracheostomy at Forrest General. Select was suppose to wean her off of the tracheostomy but that never happened. There was absolutely no communication by any doctors. When I would call and ask to speak to her doctor, eventually they would call, but couldn't answer all my questions because they didn't have her chart in front of them.
