If I could give this company a minus 10 I would. We started with this company when it was Simple Meds which was a good company and then it changed to Select RX. Communication is HORRIBLE. I spend at least 1 to two hours each month on the phone on hold for long waits trying to get issues from billing to medications resolved. I am over it.
They need to get reported to the board of pharmacy trying to target senior citizens trying to have them fill at their pharmacy without a consent and bill their insurnace!!!!!
I have been dealing with Select Rx as both another pharmacy and a provider's office for about five years. I can confidently say that they are predators, basically. They target senior patients. They attempt to steal said patients from other pharmacies and enroll them without the patient's permission and/or a clear understanding of what's happening. They are a complete joke!!! They don’t send meds anywhere near on time and u stay on a medication yo-yo. They want u to call every time ur near the end of a prescription. I told them I don’t have to call and tell any other pharmacy for them to send my meds. I told them it’s not my job to have to call and tell them every month how to do their job. Worst pharmacy ever.
Does anyone else have trouble getting their refills. I have refills on my bottles and they tell me I don’t have any refills left. They blame everything on my Drs office. I get copy’s of what Dr sends them and they out and out twist everything around. They sent me 14 Ozempics in 9 months so 5 more than ordered. I am a loss I don’t know what to do! I know I have the orders for refills and can’t get them. They changed the mg on one of my meds. I ask why they said Dr ordered the change. Dr didnt notify me sounds very suspicious.... read more
