transferring prescriptions without patient consent ?!!!!!!!!!!
This place is a joke! First of all, when I signed up to use them it took a month for me to even start getting my prescriptions. I had to call and tell them they have to be the one to call my old pharmacy to get my refills transfered. Stupidity!!! Now it's been hell trying to get them to do the math at billing me and quit showing a past due amount when I always pay in full every month! I'm so done with this. 😡😡
I would give them a zero star rating. Instead of sending bottles of medication, they sent little plastic pouches in a roll. They changed the way I take my medicine which meant I had loose pills in a container. After leaving the program I had to call them a 2nd time to get them to actually send those prescriptions back to CVS. All of this has led to me going days without some medication.
