Julia and Misha are very rude and do not care about people to accommodate the needs of the tenant. I had many issues when moving into my home such as refrigerator not working (it was brand new), termites, and other things. Julia was never helpful. My only good experiences have come from Krystal and Meagen in which they have been so helpful and understanding.
Select Rental Services is outstanding! Not only were they on top of any little service request we sent, but their support of our family was outstanding! Each of Select’s staff members made a very stressful season of our lives easier on me as my husband’s been working overseas. I couldn’t imagine a more positive, service - both during our renting and in our departure. Thank you, Team!
We always received excellent service from Select rental. As a unit owner, they kept us abreast of things on a regular basis. We would highly recommend them if you need a property manager for a rental, particularly when you are living out of town. We had peace of mind during the whole process.
Im being generous with the 2 star review Electric sockets are installed with no care. Windows painted closed. Kitchen floors are sinking, pest problems not my fault and have been since I moved in. Im talking water bugs the size of mice. Constant flooding around my front door when it rains. They charge a premium for the location. They pretend it's a good apartment.
