We could not be more pleased with the excellent service we receive from Select Realty. They impeccably maintain Chambord Commons in Virginia Beach, including beautiful landscaping and grounds maintenance. They even contract with a street sweeper to keep the parking lot spotless. Since we\'ve had our offices at Chambord Commons (6 years -two different locations - changed because we needed a larger unit, but wanted to stay with Select), they've painted to exterior repeatedly to keep it sparkling white. RENTERS BEWARE!! Select Realty's rental group are slum lords. We moved into a condo managed by them, and when we completed the move-in list (which was long due to prior neglect), Select blamed US for breaking the items. We spent a year in the unit, during which time a toilet quit working, a broken electrical outlet was exposed, the A/C unit never adequately cooled the unit, and the front door did not stay closed.
