BE CAREFUL!!!! I went to this location from October 22, 2024, to January 6, 2025. The office, where I was attended by Serguey at the front desk, told me that my copay was only $16, which he "confirmed" twice before I was seen by Alex, the manager. Serguey confirmed that my deductible was $0, which is incorrect, and now their billing department has sent the information to the insurance, and my bill is over $1,000, all because the office did not do their job correctly.
