It took me weeks to get in for an appointment. The Thursday before my Monday appointment, I got called at 7:30 in the morning to confirm. Which I confirmed. Then I got called again at 1 o’clock on Thursday and told by a voicemail that if I don’t get back to them in a few hours, they’re going to cancel my appointment. I called back and got a voicemail. Called back again and got a live person to confirm my appointment. And I showed up on Monday morning and no one was there.
