Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Joe is the best!! His knowledge is unmatched! I come to him in pain and leave with relief. The exercises he gives me really work and I have seen a huge difference in my back pain from back injury. High highly recommend Joe at Select Physical Therapy. Also all the staff are super kind ( front desk specifically) thankful I found them!
While I’ve only experienced three PT sessions with Joseph, I have to commend him for his professionalism, courtesy, and caring about my wellbeing during our gnarly workouts. He always asks if he’s pushing me too far, and I always say “not quite,” as he pushes me one point beyond my pain threshold. Although my knee aches after our sessions, its strength and flexibility are improving. I truly believe that, with his help, I will reach my knee’s post-operative goal.
