The moment I entered the facility I knew I was in the right place. Check in was a breeze, wait time very minimal before I was called back to begin my recovery.
Great place for physical therapy. I’ve been treated for my knees and back. Therapists are knowledgeable and pleasant. Great direction for home exercises to augment onsite therapy and continue improvement at home.
Super helpful here and kind and they make the pain go away.
My 83-year old mother was denied care despite having a referral, a clear medical need, and Medicare/Medicaid. I was told by staff (Sierra and Tori) that the decision came from higher-ups due to concerns about payment even though I offered to pay out of pocket. This felt like money over patient care. Very disappointing and concerning, especially for patients needing timely treatment. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate, patient-first care.
Very helpful with understanding my issue and how to resolve it. Great friendly professional service.
