Super helpful here and kind and they make the pain go away.
My 83-year old mother was denied care despite having a referral, a clear medical need, and Medicare/Medicaid. I was told by staff (Sierra and Tori) that the decision came from higher-ups due to concerns about payment even though I offered to pay out of pocket. This felt like money over patient care. Very disappointing and concerning, especially for patients needing timely treatment. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate, patient-first care.
