The appointments were made through my workers comp and I came to this location. everyone is really nice and parking is super easy. Street parking and there is always available parking. I have worked with Deeveshri and she has been so helpful with working and checking up on me and how I am feeling. Everyone uses the "closed loop" in conversation and it's great! After waiting 2 months for my appointment, they cancelled/rescheduled my initial appointment without my approval and without confirming with me. I only found out my appointment had been given to someone else after showing up for my original time and being turned away. Looking at other reviews, apparently this has happened to other people. Ordinarily I wouldn't care that much, but right now my schedule is very tight, and I couldn't get another appintment earlier than 6 weeks out.
The PT I worked with does her job really well. She addressed my questions and concerns and provided good feedback and tips as she watched me do my exercises. I would highly recommend Twin Peaks Select Therapy!
Therapist Dee was unprofessional and unhelpful. After 10 sessions the issue has worsened and another swelling has appeared. She said: “you’re good, you should stop coming in”. Thousand dollars down, more pain, and not only where the problem area was. I’d have to wait months for my appointments, and the therapists would be out all of the time, meaning you have to pay more for the initial evaluation with each replacement one. Front desk people like Alina are knowledgeable friendly and go out of their way to help. I’ve since gone to different PT clinic and felt they had more involved therapists with exercises and bodywork that feel superior.
