Absolutely unacceptable. I waited 3 months for this appointment. 3 months of reminder texts telling me to show up at 7:40 am and arrive 15 minutes early. I did everything right. I showed up on time. And then, 5 minutes before my appointment, while I'm waiting in their front desk, I get a message saying my therapist called in sick. Five minutes. Not the night before. Not an hour before. Hi I have called many times (no one ever picked up) and left voicemail to cancel/reschedule my appointment on 01/16 I haven’t got any update or response yet, if anyone has similar experience please advise how to proceed
Quite helpful if you’re able to get an appt. I only had one, but the extra push by the PT could be what I need to get better.
The appointments were made through my workers comp and I came to this location. everyone is really nice and parking is super easy. Street parking and there is always available parking. I have worked with Deeveshri and she has been so helpful with working and checking up on me and how I am feeling. Everyone uses the "closed loop" in conversation and it's great! After waiting 2 months for my appointment, they cancelled/rescheduled my initial appointment without my approval and without confirming with me. I only found out my appointment had been given to someone else after showing up for my original time and being turned away. Looking at other reviews, apparently this has happened to other people. Ordinarily I wouldn't care that much, but right now my schedule is very tight, and I couldn't get another appintment earlier than 6 weeks out.
