Lied on the phone. I drove 2.5 hours and the "nice" truck was raggedy. A/C didn't work, mirror busted up and didn't work, rear brake light had a busted hole straight to the bulb, the window switch panel was busted and couldn't operate power windows and mirrors, looked under the truck and was told no leaks and the transmission pan is wet and about to drip onto the ground, no rust? Funny, friendly, knowledgeable.
Sold a van for $9k to a single mother of two young children and the vehicle was in the shop within two weeks with a diagnosis of having severe issues with the transmission, Radiator, head gasket, and oil well. Mechanic confirmed this dealership knowingly rigged the vehicle to pass the test drive to get it sold. This place should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of someone like that. Stay away from this place.
