This was the best used car lot I have visited.I was raining when I got thier the salesmen was waiting on me took me for a test drive in the rain
My son gave this place a glowing review (2017 blue bmw) after having a good experience. However, we have to rescind that because the temp registration has expired, and he never processed the paperwork for the permanent tag or sent us the title. We tried to contact them and find out they went out of business. He promised to process the paperwork and overnight another temp tag. Needless to say, he didn't do that otherwise I wouldn't be in here. He's ignoring messages and/or probably blocked us, who knows. Now we can't even dri... read more
I'm not sure how and why but the credit score they used was not my credit score. It was really low and 30 points off I had Equifax send me a copy I got in the mail to prove that it was definitely not right. Also the interest rate they told me was 15% and when I was filling the papers out I realized it was 17%. Also had my car in there as a trade-in and never confirmed that I would do that. I put way too much money down and a trade-in and paying a high interest for someone that has good credit.
