If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership on June 12 because I needed dependable transportation. Found a car online and sent a message to see if was available to come see. Frankie called shortly after. He verified that the car was there and available to come see. Let him know we would be there in a couple of hours. Once we got there we were told the vehicle had not arrived yet. And the woman there said yeah a couple of people are interested in it too. Really? Trying sales tactics when you’ve already messed up on a customer. Waste of time and gas.
UPDATE: While the company is now attempting damage control by responding to reviews, no one reached out to address the issue until after the review was posted. At no point did my brother sign any document acknowledging there was an existing or potential problem. We still have the part in question, which had spray foam applied as a quick fix — a temporary solution that clearly wasn’t disclosed.
