These people are wonderful. Professional, dedicated and caring. Had it not been for Amy coming to see my Dad and tirelessly advocating for my Dad to receive a transfer to the facility in Ft Smith to receive care for diabetic foot wounds, I feel certain, he would have lost his leg and possibly his life . She encouraged me and him both the whole time. We were updated regularly and informed and Dad received care from a whole team of specialized professionals. My husband was there at one time and they did nothing for him and I saw food set out for patients they were a sleep and the people never woke them up to feed them ,took it away. I also had a friend to tell me her mother went there and she got worse and they got her out and she died. My husband was worse off when so got him out and he wasn’t here long after that . That place need to be check out from the state,
The workers truly care about the patients. Each one has given my daddy the best care and compassion.
