I have had a particularly awful experience with this company. They do not respond to maintenance request, threatened to have my car towed for parking in a spot that I have parked in for the past 16 months, use harsh and abusive language in communications, make up rules outside of the lease in an effort to avoid fixing things. They sent a racist and threatening vendor to tow my car, who yelled obscenities. I felt threatened and had to calm the police. If this company takes over management of your rental RUN
