dale loflin is a liar, a schyster, and has no integrity whatsoever. stay away from select homes if at all possible unless you like being sheisted. he wrote a contract that i signed and on which put down $500. he then decided that he wouldn't be able to do that contract, which he wrote, and would not sign it. after i did all the work of getting appraisals, paid the permits for both well and septic, agreed to pay for the land clearing, went to the office to sign just to get hems and haws, he finally, over a month and a half la... read more

I have been in my home that was built by Select Homes since August 2016. For anyone that has never built a house, you need to know that there are always things that come up but, overall, the building process with Select was good. My home is constructed very well and I am very pleased with it. However, I think the most impressive thing about Select Homes is what I like to call the "after care" that I have received.
