I had this appointment scheduled for a couple of weeks. The day before my visit, their office called to say my insurance was showing a co-insurance issue and told me I needed to contact my insurance company to have it removed. I immediately called my insurance, had the issue corrected, and was given a confirmation number verifying that the co-insurance had been removed and that my coverage was active.
