Wanted to send a service tech out at 250 an hour to answer a question about our contracted maintenance forklift, Manufacturer answered it for free and was a hell of a lot nicer to speak with. Lost a long time customer. DO NOT RECOMEND !!!
I ordered two forklifts from this company. The first one had a few issues after we received it, but I'm not complaining about that one. The second one we placed an order in June and paid in full. The reason we ordered that one is because the sales person Trace said that one is instock and could be delivered to me soon, and now it's already November I still haven't received it and it's very hard to get hold of the sales person for an update.
Bought a few Nissan forklifts from Select Equipment in Ontario CA. Extremely smooth process from first phone call to delivery. Huge shout out to my man Roy Mendoza for the exceptional service. He gave me a great deal and treated me as if I were buying four new Ferrari’s. Thank you Select and thank you Roy!
