I ordered two forklifts from this company. The first one had a few issues after we received it, but I'm not complaining about that one. The second one we placed an order in June and paid in full. The reason we ordered that one is because the sales person Trace said that one is instock and could be delivered to me soon, and now it's already November I still haven't received it and it's very hard to get hold of the sales person for an update.
Bought a few Nissan forklifts from Select Equipment in Ontario CA. Extremely smooth process from first phone call to delivery. Huge shout out to my man Roy Mendoza for the exceptional service. He gave me a great deal and treated me as if I were buying four new Ferrari’s. Thank you Select and thank you Roy!

We have a 10+ yr old Hyundai Forklift that had a bad reverse assembly. We are not service/repair but I did know what part i was looking for. I called and got Jesus in the parts dept. Jesus took my part info and the system brought up over a dozen parts. He sent emails and received pics of the part I had to confirm which part was correct. He then sent the part within 1 business day with tracking and follow up. Jesus didn't charge me until I confirmed the part was correct when i received it. Employees were helpful but this is a very tight spot to deliver for a 53' trailer. You have to back in from the street.
