I used SCH to book a 4 month apartment rental for work. EVERYTHING was handled, all I did was show up. The staff is extremely attentive, on average I'd have a response to any emails within 10 minutes. If your employer is paying for your living accommodations, I highly recommend. I saved my employer money by using SCH because the rate was less than the per diem, and the location I stayed in was very well kept, and I even brought my dog.
