Shady, won't submit loan paperwork to the bank you are approved with and sit on your paperwork for 9 days. No contact from the dealership until they needed proof of residency despite all my documents having my legal address. Demanded me bring vehicle back after 9 days and only reaching out on that day saying they need something else to have loan funded.
