That's what we call great service My husband and I want you to know what a stress free and pleasant experience we had selecting our new furniture and also the delivery of the furniture and accessories. We feel Stromberg, B. went above and beyond what most decorators would do to make sure we felt comfortable with the selections we made with her guidance. The two chairs I needed My daughter and son-in-law recently purchased the Coventry Dinette Set. The set only had four chairs in the RUSH seats. For a housewarming gift, I was hoping to purchase an additional two chairs to complete the set. When I called your store, I was told that yes you in fact do have the two chairs I needed. Sane and sensible She kept us focused. When I'd tend to randomly bounce from project to project, room to room, she would skillfully re-direct us to complete rooms in a logical order. This kept things a little more sane and sensible.

Exactly the way I wanted it They not only spent time to get everything centered and in place, they took the time to move it around a bit until it was exactly the way I wanted it. I suspect they must have detected from the expression on my face that something wasn't quite right for me, and one of them asked if he could make a suggestion. He suggested moving things around just a bit. I figured it couldn't hurt to try it, and he was absolutely correct. I am happier with the configuration he suggested.

Great choices Lindy has understood our style, needs and financial pacing. She led our project by balancing the provision of great choices and the sharing of her opinion. We have learned to truly value Lindy's opinion. She knows what we want often before we can figure it out! Her attention to artistic aspects and detail has been of central importance.

They brought pads for me I had asked if they would mind tipping the heavier pieces up so that I could cut and place furniture pads on the bottom of the pieces (they were delivering a very heavy dining table, heavy two-piece hutch, and six chairs). They informed me that they brought pads for me and would install them for me, and they did just that. I was thinking that was great
