No they’re inconsistent and show homes that aren’t actually for rent anymore.
If you like a well manicured, lush landscape the this place is not for you. The grass is dead, the streams are gone, and Selby Ranch is living off the reputation of years gone by. Overpriced for the condition of the community.
No hot water for two weeks and no compensation.
quiet area. You share utilities with your complex. Very unfair system. Parking is atrocious.unexpected charges when we left. Maintenance was timely.
