Any business owner can do this on their own in this day and age. If you do want to hire these people make sure you decrease their commission if the business doesn't sell in a particular time period. Don't sign anything with them is you can help it.
Beware!!!! DO NOT use these brokers. Especially Moti. They will lie about everything to get your business. Once they get your business they wouldn't want to deal with you anymore. They will tell you they're like VR Business Broker or better and advertise more than VR Business Broker which is a lie. They don't advertise anywhere except for 1 or 2 other place and nothing like when they promise you before you sign.
