I had a really positive experience at Selarom Plastic Surgery & Spa from the initial consultation through my appointment. The staff were warm and professional, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Dr. Schmelzer took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the process and what to expect. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and very calming. I left feeling confident about my decision and really appreciated how comfortable the whole team made me feel.
Went to them for a procedure and the staff's service was truly incredible, they were super attentive to every detail and helped me with everything I had questions about. The facility was beautiful and comfortable with a very calming feel, not to mention the results, which were absolutely what I was hoping for. This is one of my favorite places in Salt Lake City, I love the whole atmosphere so much. Staff is great and the facility is big and clean by any standard. The reception area is nice and I love how the spa side always feels so calm and put together. The care you get is also really thorough. Everything you could ask for in a cosmetic surgery and spa and honestly worth every penny.
The entire staff, from the front desk to the surgical team and spa crew, are warm and welcoming. They always make you feel right at home and like you are genuinely being taken care of the whole time you are there. Every visit to Selarom Plastic Surgery & Spa is a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.
