Exquisite and authentic taste of middle eastern flavors and culture! A plant-based or vegetarian eater is sure to leave satisfied with the variety of scrumptious samples found in the Vegetarian Combo which includes lentil samosas! Not only is the restaurant clean and spacious in layout, the atmosphere plays authentically into the ethnic vibe with the colors and music present. We decided to check out Selam after our favorite Ethiopian restaurant closed after many years. We’re experienced and globe trotting ethnic food fans and instantly recognized a culinary hit. We had the Doro Wot, Lamb Tibs and Veggie Platter and they were all freshly prepared, flavorful and generously portioned. Interior was cheerful and clean.
