The store is good, selection is good, staff is helpful and the price is good. The post purchase support is also nice. I called the store twice after the delivery and they answered all my questions. We purchased recliner sofa + love seat and a Pooja mandir. Quality is very good. I recommend the store.
I had a chance to visit Selacy Furniture recently, and overall, it was a great experience. The store was well organized and spacious, making its easy to find through their wide variety of furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance without being pushy. I was particularly impressed with their customer service – they took the time to explain the materials used in different pieces and helped me pick out the perfect couch for my living room.
Well, if you wanna buy furniture before Christmas, you might want to go to this furniture place. I am very pleased with my sofa the service and how fast it got here. I’m still waiting for Furniture from another place. It’s been two months and they’re so kind on the phone here when you call I give them a five star and I will buy furniture from them again if I need it great job guys.
Very disappointed - Our first purchase of a transformer couch set - The set was from 2 different manufacturers. One set lost its firmness and the seats sunk in - We were made to purchase extended warranty for $300 - But when we went back, we were told that the issue was not covered - No proper customer service from their end. Will never go back to Selacy
I was so happy that I went into the Selacy Furniture. I had been searching for a pooja cabinet for months and needed a super specific size and configuration and was thrilled that I found exactly what I needed and the price was right too! We can customize colours, wood style, and everything.
