For Truck Drivers ( 18 wheelers ) I made a delivery today 9/5/25 My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 8:17am They gave me the door immediately, I left at 9:24am They really unloaded me very quickly
Nobody talk about truck drivers shipping and receiving anybody 🙄
WOULD GO NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! This organization is absolutely terrible!!! Their customer service couldn't care less about delivering your product on the promised delivery day. They only send trucks out once per day, which is a horrible model, and were told "that's my problem, not theirs." What kind of business is that? Thanks, Jeanette, for all of your help with my order, especially for making this my problem now.
Excellent leadership and operations staff here in the DFW office. They truly care about every shipment, and every client is a human to them not just a dollar sign. You can tell they have an entrepreneurial spirit as this office has roots as an independent company, now also utilizing a large network.
