Very poor communication. They take half days without notice and every Friday. She tends to be closed on Mondays and you usually have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out then get a call telling you they need to reschedule you. I have been trying to get a RX refilled for a week and everytime I call the office I get their answering service and they have yet to return the fax to the pharmacy.

God forbid you EVER try to get in when you're ill! They were unconcerned when I called when my husband found a testicular lump. I was very upset considering he has a history of serious tumors and they wouldn't even squeeze him in. They said it was their "short" day and they were leaving early. I visited Dr. Sekhon to tell her my concerns and that I was going to see another doctor because of it. All she did was make up excuses and never apologized. It was unreal. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
