Why does Google Maps still claim this company in Bellevue when Rocky operates this company out of Newcastle near the Elementary School? Genuinely Curious?
I hired Rocky and Seismic Northwest to install 3 windows and remove a structural wall in my home in May of 2022. Rocky performed an initial estimate, I handed over my deposit, another guy came out to my house and measured for the windows and that was basically it. It was all downhill from there. Rocky lied to us over and over again, promising to drywall our fully-framed workshop, fix the stairs and add a few windows for $25k, only to charge us $49,000 final bill when he and his crew screwed up the drywall leaving spaces and cracks and peeling of the drywall tape. The windows his crew installed had no flashing and didn't fit right. He quoted 4 weeks to finish the job. I had a few issues with my earthquake retrofit experience that stunned me given the otherwise good reviews of this company. Communication was sparse. No status updates or scheduling without me contacting them myself. It's not their fault that a permit takes months to receive, but their request was actually rejected and they had to resubmit it, and if I hadn't kept calling them I don't think they would have told me. Rocky is awesome. I consulted him for advice on knocking down a wall to open up my kitchen and his advice was concise and very helpful.
