for those who are looking to avoid healthcare acquired infections, i’d look elsewhere for safer care. doctor is not receptive to masking for patient safety and proper infection control. there is no option for virtual appointments as well to circumvent this issue.
We came to the office today due to severe allergies after exhausting all options (e.g. noise sprays, anti-histamines, etc.). It was supposed to be testing to see what my son was allergic too. Instead, the testing was botched. My son had to endure multiple pokes by a nurse who did not know what she was doing. To top it all off, the physician came in after, and then rushed out as if he was too busy. This is not what I would expect from a physician who treats kids. Great experience, he has been my son's allergist for most of his life. Great bedside manner and we have never had to wait long even during COVID times. I appreciate how attentive he is and how he is always willing to listen and hear me out and provide suggestions.
Bad experience and made my family and baby uncomfortable by getting in her face like he was going to kiss her. Totally inappropriate and not cute or funny. Also did not explain things clearly, and was ready to write a prescription before fully evaluating my daughter. He seemed rushed and I don’t appreciate that. Regret coming here!
Once I suggested that what he thought was the cause of my sons sickness wrong he became very rude tried to dumb me down and say he went to school for this & that he laughed at me treated me horrible I insisted as the mother of my child if he may please do further testing he refused said it was useless I assured him if it was it would help ease my mind he said no I said thank u for your services he laughed at me I asked for excuse for my son school he refused laughed at me and called security
Dr. Seidu has been our allergist for 8 years. My kids feel comfortable asking him questions which is important as they grow older and learn to advocate for their food allergies. He takes time to talk with me and explain things. Other allergists have made us feel like a number. At Omni Allergy we feel valued and a true sense of "we are in this together"!
Do not recommend. I was unsatisfied and was not valued beyond my insurance and copay.
Took his time, answered my questions and was very sweet with my daughter.
