I went in with a Living Social deal for a mani/pedi/massage. I can't remember the name of the woman that did my mani/pedi, but I don't think she spoke a lot of English, and so didn't say anything to me during my mani/pedi, which was actually just fine with me because I am not always a big fan of forced chatter. However my massage is why I am giving it a 5 star review. My massage was done by Terrance, and I LOVED it. I have never had a massage by a man before, so I was nervous at first. However he did such a wonderful job. I ... read more

I don't even want to give this salon 1 star...this has been the most frustrating experience. I don't care if they were giving massages away for free...I would NOT go back. I literally spent month trying to schedule an appointment. Every time I call they did not answer the phone and I wasn't able to leave a message because their answering machine was full. What a joke! Do NOT go here....even if you get a good price, it is NOT worth it! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!

Well, my experience at Seidou was delightful All the staff were attentive and friendly. My facial with Twee was relaxing and well done, my massage with Terrance was Superb! and my mani - pedi with Mai was perfect, just the right touch. I felt like it was a friendly, down to earth private getaway. Troy was chatty and friendly. Reminded me of spa's in Tahoe or Big Bear. No champagne, but hot tea and refreshing citrus water & truffles. My only concern is the scheduling system seams rather cumbersome. For all those previous comm... read more

People! Please take the negative reviews seriously. The employees are not licensed to do work in this spa. Some may be, but some are not. It's too bad people don't read reviews before they buy their "Living Social" and "Groupon" coupons. You will be disappointed if you go to this place. I'm guessing the positive reviews were written by an employee or the owner. The owner has no business running a spa.

Complete waste of time. I received a livingsocial deal as a gift for a massage, mani/pedi and mimosa. After calling and leaving messages several times, I finally caught the owner one morning and was able to book an appointment for last Friday. When I arrived, the sign on the door indicated they were no longer able to serve alchohol. No big deal, I figured they would offer me another beverage when I walked in. Well, I never got greeted or got a beverage because there is no receptionist eventhough there were 3 other patrons be... read more

Pleasantly Surprised – I was very nervous to receive my services due to the bad reviews on here but was definitely pleasantly surprised. The staff members were all nice and appeared confident and experienced. I received a pedicure, express facial, massage and shampoo/blow dry. All the services were good and the pedicure was excellent. The massage was better than most I've had in Salon type settings (really got the knots out and focused on my trouble areas). The facial was nice but did not include extractions but I am guessin... read more

What A Joke...Please don't waste your money – I bought a Groupon deal and was open-minded walking in. My massage "therapist" was so new and scared she kept asking me how to give a massage and kept saying "sorry". I finally told her to just dig her elbow in my back where I pointed. The facial was a joke, not worth any money. The mani and pedi were fine. The salon is a dirty run-down place that looks like a hair salon in an ugly strip mall in Navarre, not Wayzata. Don't go there expecting a relaxing and pampering experience. Y... read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MASSAGE OR FACIAL!! – I got the groupon deal for a facial and massage. First of all I got the worst experience from them even before I got there. I had scheduled my appointments for a Saturday night. Earlier in the week I got a voicemail from them saying they needed to change my appointment to friday because they had a princess party coming in that evening. I called back to let them know that friday did not work for me, but they had already taken me off the books for Saturday. I was then put back on for my... read more

NEVER AGAIN! – First of all, I bought an online coupon (Groupon or ??), and the address was given as Wayzata. Turns out the zip code puts it in Wayzata, but it is really in Navarre, and I got so lost trying to find a place I expected to be in the city of Wayzata. My facial was OK, but I really wanted to find someone or some regime that would help the acne my daughter is fighting. They have some la-ti-da system that requires estheticians to be trained in Arizona or someplace like that. I paid for a package of treatments for o... read more
